• Interface with the Business Development Team to review acquisition and joint venture transactions.

• Responsibilities are project driven with high level of visibility.

• Apply Business, Accounting and Tax treatments to deal structures.

• Liaise with people in variety of functions including Legal and Marketing to structure transactions.

Background Desired:

• CPA, 7 to 12 years experience with Big 4 or Public/Corporate.

• Excellent business savvy and project management skills.
