Overview:  

• CFO for multiple funds with $500 million+ assets under management.

• Real Estate projects in Hospitality, Commercial and Residential projects.

Responsibilities:  

• This is a hands on role.

• Responsible for Transaction Underwriting; Financial Modeling; implementation of a new software system; Investor Reporting.

• Develop and train existing and future staff.

• Work with financing, negotiating covenants and risk management.

Background Desired:

• CPA

• Real Estate Investment Trust experience, or a Hedge Fund investing in Real Estate.

• Demonstrated good career progression and stable work history.
