BA in Political Science, Niagara University. Bob co-founded Licari & Vitanza Associates, Inc. in 1984. Prior experience includes five years as a Financial Recruiter with a large executive search firm based in Lower Connecticut. Bob served as Executive Committee Chair for the American Association of Finance and Accountants (a trade group representing 35 financial recruiting firms throughout the US and Canada).
